How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 3 to 4 weeks from the moment payment is received and artwork proof is approved. We manufacture and process your gear with strict quality control before dispatch via express courier (DHL / FedEx).
I need my uniforms fast! Do you offer express rush orders?
Yes! If you have an upcoming tournament or tight deadline, we offer Express Shipping / Priority Production options for rush orders. Please contact our team before placing your order so we can confirm timeline availability for your location.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We cater to both large clubs and smaller teams. Standard minimums apply for initial custom production runs, but we keep your designs on file for easy future reorders.
How do I reorder gear for new team members?
Reordering is quick and seamless! Since we store your previous artwork, logos, and pantone colors, simply contact us with your existing team design and provide the new player names, numbers, and sizes required.
What is Sublimation Printing?
Dye sublimation is an advanced printing technique where your design, logos, player names, numbers, and sponsor details are infused directly into the technical fabric. Unlike traditional screen printing or vinyl transfers, sublimated designs will never crack, peel, fade, or deteriorate over time. It also keeps the fabric lightweight and fully breathable.
Can I change or modify my design after placing an order?
Because every garment is fully custom-made, production begins shortly after design confirmation. We offer a 24-to-48-hour window after order placement to make urgent updates or adjustments. Once printing and cutting have commenced in our manufacturing facilities, changes can no longer be made.
What if I want to supply my own design artwork?
We welcome custom artwork! You can send us your vector files (.AI, .EPS, or high-res .PDF), logos, and color codes. Our design team will create a digital proof for your approval before production starts.
How do I choose the correct sizes for my team?
We strongly advise reviewing our Jaccer Sports Size Guide before finalizing your order details. Because our athletic apparel is tailored for protective padding and high mobility (e.g., Ice Hockey, Rugby, Football), checking the exact chest, length, and inseam measurements will ensure the ideal fit.
What happens if a garment has a manufacturing defect?
Every item undergoes a quality check before leaving our facility. However, if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will inspect the case and arrange a replacement or correction immediately.
(Note: Because garments are custom-made specifically to your design/names/numbers, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection.)
